Support
One record, one escalation path.
Call or text (310) 499-6508 about an estimate, booking request, provider handoff, authority record, scope change, work photo, payment-history question, or complaint.
Estimate or booking
Give DPOC the estimate or booking reference. An instant estimate is not a final proposal, and support cannot turn missing authority into approval.
Active job
Raise scope, site, crew, damage, or quality concerns immediately. DPOC operations can preserve the record and coordinate with the named responsible provider; the written job terms control remedies.
After completion
Use the same number for acceptance, callback, complaint, claim, review-source, or refund-history questions so the follow-up stays attached to the job.
DPOC is not a 24/7 emergency service
No guaranteed support response window or staffed business-hours SLA is currently offered. For immediate danger, injury, fire, suspected gas leak, exposed electrical hazard, flooding, or a crime in progress, stop work and contact 911 or the appropriate utility or emergency authority first. Then notify the named provider and DPOC when it is safe to do so.
Escalation order
- 1. Make the site safeStop work when continuing could worsen a safety, damage, scope, permit, or coverage problem.
- 2. Notify the responsible providerThe written proposal identifies the business responsible for the scope and its project terms.
- 3. Notify DPOC operationsDPOC records and coordinates the escalation; it does not invent a blanket warranty or replace emergency authorities.
