Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Dulai Property & Outdoor Care LLC (“DPOC,” “we,” “us”) provides planning estimates and coordination technology for property services across the United States. Planning access does not promise local provider availability. These Terms govern your use of our website, estimate tools, and provider network. A planning estimate does not identify the contracting party and is not an offer to perform construction.
Before licensed work can be contracted, the written proposal must identify the business legally responsible for that scope and show the current licence, registration, classification, exemption, or other authority required by the job's state and locality. A network provider may be that contracting party. DPOC will be named as contractor only for work that current authority held by the correctly named DPOC entity covers in that jurisdiction. No provider may assume or advertise that it works under DPOC authority merely because it uses this platform.
2. Planning estimates are not contracts
Prices produced by our estimate tools—including the live range, the midpoint, line items, and any map measurement—are good-faith planning estimates, not binding bids, proposals, or contracts. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after the responsible provider verifies the scope, site conditions, measurements, service area, and authority to perform the work. If the written price differs, you may decline before signing or paying.
Map measurements, public parcel data, regional factors, and other third-party sources may be incomplete or inaccurate. The estimate states its assumptions and does not replace a site review where one is required.
3. Requests, contracts, and cancellation
Submitting a contact form asks DPOC or a provider to follow up and saves the planning estimate. It does not create a construction contract and does not charge you. No construction deposit is due from the planning-estimate flow.
If you choose to proceed, any deposit request appears only with or after a written agreement identifying the responsible contractor, exact scope, price, payment schedule, exclusions, and applicable cancellation rights. For a California home-improvement contract, a down payment will not exceed the lawful cap. The signed project agreement—not this website—controls cancellation and refund terms.
4. Workmanship remedies
Warranty terms and remedies are project-specific and appear in the written agreement issued by the responsible provider. The website does not create a blanket DPOC workmanship guarantee, and a planning estimate does not promise repair, replacement, or refund. DPOC may help coordinate a documented issue, but that assistance does not replace the responsible provider’s contractual or legal obligations.
5. Provider network
Providers in the DPOC network are independent businesses. Before a provider can claim a job, DPOC requires current insurance and a trade-specific authority record: the provider’s own applicable licence, registration, classification, or other authority for the job jurisdiction; a correctly authorized DPOC contracting path; or a time-bounded written determination that the exact non-construction scope does not require contractor authority there. A generic licence number or a self-selected trade is not enough. A separate reviewed operating-area record must also match the job state and ZIP area.
Providers are not DPOC employees unless a separate written employment relationship says otherwise. They are responsible for their own business, workforce, taxes, insurance, workers’ compensation, permits, and professional obligations as the project documents and law require. Job payout and fee figures become binding only through a written job offer and any required customer contract.
Applying authorizes DPOC to verify the licence, classification, issuing jurisdiction, entity name, insurance, identity, operating area, and business information supplied. Claiming a job records the dated authority and coverage evidence used for that exact scope and location. Expired credentials, no-shows, or quality failures may stop dispatch or result in removal from the network. Applying does not guarantee jobs, hours, revenue, or earnings in any market.
6. Work tracking and property information
Active jobs may use status milestones, time-stamped photos, material receipts, and contractor-controlled location sharing between start and completion. Precise property details are released only according to the access controls and privacy notice shown in the workflow. Receipt and photo review documents the work; it is not a promise that every item or condition has been independently inspected.
7. Communications
When you request service contact, we may call, text, or email about that project. Marketing messages are separate and optional and may be stopped at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
8. Payments and fund descriptions
Checkout states the processor, merchant or payee, amount, and release or refund mechanics that apply to that transaction. Unless a signed agreement expressly says otherwise, DPOC does not describe customer funds as escrowed, insured, guaranteed, or protected. Payment-card data is handled by the named payment processor, not stored in the planning-estimate form.
9. Acceptable use and website limits
Do not scrape, spam, reverse-engineer, or abuse the estimate tools or APIs. The website and estimate tools are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, DPOC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising only from use of the website or planning tools. Nothing here limits rights, warranties, or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit or that appear in a signed project agreement.
10. Disputes, law, and changes
These website Terms are governed by California law. Contact us first at (310) 499-6508 so we can review the record. Disputes only about the website or planning tools will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California. A signed project agreement may contain separate, controlling dispute terms.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The last-updated date changes when we do. Material changes apply prospectively; the terms and evidence version recorded for an existing transaction stay attached to that transaction.
