Andrew Moon founded DPOC in the San Fernando Valley because hiring a provider should not mean three days of unreturned calls and a number nobody will put in writing. You describe the job, see an instant estimate, and continue to booking when it looks right. Before the booking becomes final, the written handoff identifies the responsible provider, exact scope, authority, price, and terms.
What makes this different
- We are not a lead broker
- Your details are not sold to a list of competing providers. Contact information is requested only when you choose to start a booking request.
- The estimate comes first
- Every model result comes from versioned rate tables, not a salesperson reading the room. You can then continue to booking; a provider still confirms the scope before the booking is final.
- One named responsible provider
- The firm proposal identifies the business responsible for the job and the current licence and classification—or reviewed non-construction basis—used for that exact scope. No crew inherits another entity's licence by default.
- The record follows the project
- Scope versions, authority evidence, agreed changes, completion photos, and project-specific warranty terms stay attached to the job rather than living in phone calls.
Where DPOC can be used
All 25 service categories can be priced and requested from every U.S. state and D.C. Provider availability is local and a booking is never confirmed from the estimate alone. Greater Los Angeles remains the current set of locally calibrated city guides.
